Delivery and returns policy
Delivery
We provide FREE tracked delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day and ship products by the next working day, Monday to Friday.
All deliveries are fully tracked, and you'll receive dispatch confirmation with tracking details via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes:
- UK Mainland: 1-2 working days after shipment
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Remote Areas: 2-4 working days
- Channel Islands & Isle of Man: 3-5 working days
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, our returns window is open for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original, resaleable condition
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important: Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will require inspection before any refund is processed. This assessment can take up to 21 days.
How to Initiate a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team:

Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll then provide you with the appropriate return address and any further instructions.
Refund Information
Faulty or Damaged Items: We'll cover return postage costs and issue a full refund once the item is received and inspected.
Change of Mind: You're responsible for return postage costs. A £10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover original dispatch costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and credited to your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days for your card issuer to issue the refund.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange faulty or damaged items for the same product. Simply contact us at customerservice@topcharger.co.uk to arrange this.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Missing or Late Refunds
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 working days:
1. Double-check your bank account or card statement
2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary
