  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.

  • Ensure your payment details are valid and that you are authorised to use them
  • Update your account information promptly if any details change

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as alternative payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted connections.

5. Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery on all UK mainland orders as standard. Please note we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in our Delivery & Returns policy. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your items promptly and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy permits returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions outlined in our Delivery & Returns page. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving and inspecting returned goods. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for complete details.

7. Warranty

Our Type 2 EV charging cables are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Full details of the warranty terms and how to make a claim can be found on our Warranty Information page.

Please note that our other products — including the EV Cable Wall Mount, Magnetic Charge Port Cover, and EV Cable Storage Carry Bag — are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Top Charger Ltd or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express written permission.
